Welcome to Casa Joanie & thank you
for spending some time with us. We have
known Yelapa and its people for over 30
years and it's a piece of paradise that we'd
love to share with you.

Completed in 2009, this is our new
"home away from home" in Yelapa & we've
taken the best of our first house - Casa
Grace one step further. Casa Joanie has
more lounging area & a large, well appointed
upstairs bedroom with quality king-size bed,
fold down king-size bed downstairs as well as
futon, dressers up & down and an en-suite
bathroom with a view of the bay from its bed
& private shower. The main floor has now
been tiled in off-white & looks bright, clean &
lovely. Pictures are coming.

Casa Joanie, located on the edge of the
pueblo towards the point is tranquil so you
can hear the waves softly meet the shore at
night. Just below & and a few minutes walk
away are restaurants & stores. Beaches are
minutes away in either direction & the main
beach is a 15 minute stroll through town.

Views throughout the house are beautiful.
The authentic West Coast native art we have
brought from Vancouver combined with the
Mexican furnishings and many plants gives
Casa Joanie a unique, warm and comfortable
feel that we are sure you'll embrace.

Relax in the hammock, rocking chair, two
fold-down couches, leather chairs or sit at
the bar as you enjoy the view of the bay or
each other while listening to your favourite
tunes on the stereo or choose from the 150+
CD's we provide our guests.

At night you can experiment with the cool
lighting we have chosen to create any mood
you want.

Our extensively equipped kitchen should
please any gourmet and includes:

* Five burner gas stove/oven, 3/4
fridge/freezer & microwave oven
* Blender, electric kettle, coffee makers with
bean grinder, rice cooker etc., etc.
* Quality cookware, cutlery, dishes & utensils.

Casa Joanie has everything you need for a
fabulous & romantic getaway. It wouldn't be
named after my Mom if it wasn't.
